Warmest Welcome I Could Get

During my last visit, I never expected that the welcome we'd get would be as cold as ice. But this time, at least, there was a tinge of warmness from at least one of our colleagues. She was nice enough to pick us up from the airport and drop us off to our hotel. She even created a little sign for us:
